Tommy Gibson Builders, located in Warner Robins, has a long-standing presence with 42 years as a general contractor with over 25 years in commercial construction. At Tommy Gibson Builders, we have built a solid reputation of providing quality workmanship of multi-million dollar projects along with giving each client individualized attention.

We have experience with private clients as well as federal, state, county, and municipal projects ranging from healthcare facilities to banks to community centers to fire stations and more. OUR METHOD

At Tommy Gibson Builders, Inc. we plan each project using bottom-up estimating, which means we analyze each project from the “bottom up,” breaking larger tasks down into detailed tasks, and then estimating the time and cost needed to complete each one. Because we consider each task incrementally, our estimate of the time and cost required for each task is likely to be more accurate. We formulate each of these time estimates into a Gantt chart to come up with a detailed timeline for the entire project that is realistic and deliverable.

We know managing a project is often a series of trade-offs and compromises to keep things moving towards a successful completion. We utilize a model known as Triple Constraint to help our project manager and our site superintendent know what trade-offs are going to work and what impact they’ll have on other aspects of the project. By utilizing our Gantt chart, daily reporting, the expertise of our site superintendent and more, our project manager can keep sight of the project time line and associated costs as it progresses and track various metrics. With this information, our project manager can identify issues and adjust the Triple Constraint to prevent those issues from developing into problems.

By our due diligence before the start of a project, our responsive oversite with a dedicated Project Manager and Site Superintendent, and our ability to manage constraints we are able to deliver on the costs & timelines associated with our projects.
